Combine Faith and Career
The College Faith and Work Summer Cohort is a unique opportunity for college students to explore the intersection of faith and professional life. More than an internship, CFW equips students to discern their calling, apply biblical servant leadership principles, and prepare for the workplace with confidence. Through one-on-one mentorship and weekly site visits with the Executive Teams of Austin-based companies, students will: gain valuable insight into business leadership, build their professional network, and learn how faith is integrated into business. Sail Point Technologies, Capital Creek Partners, Zilker Media, Indeed, and University Federal Credit Union are examples of some of the participating host companies.
Build Community and Expand Your Future
Beyond professional experience, the CFW cohort offers a supportive community of peers passionate about integrating faith and work. The cohort participates in weekly faith-and-work discussions, serves at the Austin Global Leadership Summit, and gains experience as Christ-centered leaders. Program outcomes include deeper faith, stronger career readiness, and lasting relationships that will shape future opportunities.
Cohort Scope
The cohort begins with a kickoff dinner in mid-May, meets during lunch on Thursdays in June and July, and concludes with volunteering at the Austin Global Leadership Summit and farewell dinner in early August.
