When an organization takes the time in this get-on-to-the-next-big-thing world to provide excellent service, they should be celebrated. So here’s to you, NetMinistry.com, for doing just that!
Oftentimes the words “excellence” and “ministry” do not go together. Not so with NetMinistry. What does excellent service look like you might ask? Below are a few things that stood out to me:
- Whenever we needed help, they were there. Jose Gomez, NetMinistry’s owner, has established a culture of customer service within their organization. The team was available, super nice and easy to work with throughout the entire build process.
- There were no dumb questions. Let’s face it – we are not all cyber geeks. So the fact that NetMinistry patiently provided answers and the “why” behind the different website options made me feel, well, geekish.
- They set us up for success. Before handing us the reigns, we were actually trained. They made sure everyone who would work on our website understood the features and could make updates – and we really did understand! Pretty cool, huh?
On the NetMinistry website, it states ” You Deserve A Smokin’ Platform”, “You Want Amazing Designers”, and “You Need Website Experts”. We feel like we got all that and more. Kudos NetMinistry for making what could have been a very frustrating experience quite the opposite. It was truly a pleasure doing business with you!
