A leader of leaders in the marketplace and ministry for over 25 years, Terri has led an advertising sales team for a major cable company, served on a church ministry staff, and founded three non-profit organizations:  ProvenWay Ministries, Project EnterChange, and Women's Non-Profit Alliance.  Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Austin Bridge Builders Alliance, Terri joined the ABBA team in October, 2016.

Terri's knowledge of ministry and leadership is recognized by Dallas Theological Seminary where she has been a repeat guest panelist for their Women in Ministry concentration.   She has also presented for conferences such as LifeWay’s You Lead, Arise Ministries Survive and Thrive, and Thelma Wells Wonder Woman.  Terri loves ministry coaching, is deeply committed to keeping others on mission, and most values time spent with her three talented sons, beautiful daughter-in-law, and beyond amazing grand kids.
