Richard Dooley

Richard is a founding partner in the Austin based tax consulting firm, Pope, Shamsie & Dooley, LLP ("PSD"). Richard’s practice includes publicly traded, multinational corporations, as well as early and late-stage venture backed companies. He has extensive experience in corporate financing, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions issues, including experience with public company tax function management and transactional tax due diligence analysis. Richard is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation. Richard has been actively involved in a number of Austin’s Christ-centered ministries, including serving as a board member for Hill Country Bible Church, Hill Country Christian School of Austin, and E3 Foundation / Explore God Network.
