In a recent article in ScienceDaily, “Scientists at (RPI) Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute have found that when just 10 percent of the population holds an unshakable belief, their belief will always be adopted by the majority of the society.” That 10% is what we call the “tipping point”. We believe that if we can mobilize 10% of the leadership in the areas of the Church, Business, and Ministry to take action, together, we can have a major impact on the spiritual, cultural and physical needs of our region. Each o these leadership teams ‐ the Pastors Strategic Council, the Business Leadership Council and the Ministry
Leadership Council ‐ is separate unto itself, yet needs each of the others in order to help reach the whole city. It is this group of leadership teams that is helping develop and steward the initiatives associated with the “In the City For the City” movement.
