Pastors in Covenant is not an organization that pastors “join.” PIC groups are formed through relationships. The goal is for the pastors in these group to not feel isolated and have a safe place to share. As a result, we know that this will build trust among the spiritual leadership which result in strategic Kingdom Alliances.
